5 Best Cruelty-Free Summer Beauty Products Under $35

The time for summer sunshine and heat is upon us again. Every time I prepare for my summer outings, I like to plan out my beauty products. As the weather changes from crisp spring to scorching humidity (ugh), my hair and skin also change. I need products that will help me adjust to the new elements.

Unfortunately, many products are still being tested on animals. There are products I miss and would love to use now, but can’t allow myself to do so. Believe me when I say I have put a lot of research into brands and products that do or do not test.Β Sometimes is does take some time to find awesome brands, but it’s a minor inconvenience compared to the suffering that many animals undergo as part of testing. Plus, I like to make sure that the money I earn isn’t going to fund something I am completely opposed to .

These 5 cruelty-free summer beauty products will help you soak up the sun happily!

Tarteguard 30 Moisturizing Sunscreen Lotion

$32

I really haven’t met a Tarte product I didn’t like. Tarte is one of those brands that seriously delivers with everything they put out. This cute little bottle makes me want to wear sunscreen. Plus, this non-chemical sunscreen is vegan and full of vitamins to help moisturize, brighten, and invigorate your skin!

The Balm Bahama Mama Bronzer

$20

This bronzer is seriously one of my favorites. It’s super smooth and creamy so it glides on nicely. It’s also not orangey like a lot of other bronzers are. Plus, it’s matte so it’s perfect for contouring, bronzing, or even using as an eyeshadow! Your $20 will definitely go a long way with this product!

SPALIFE Deep Cleansing Lime Mask

$2.49

This SPALIFE paper mask is a steal! I came across this collection in Target and had to try one. I love this Lime mask so much because it really cleans out your pores and makes your skin feel fresh and invigorated- perfect for summer skin! They have plenty of masks to choose from, and they do not test on animals!

Herbivore Coconut Sea Mist Texturizing Salt Spray

$20

I have been completely obsessed with this brand lately. I adore the minimalist packaging and ingredient lists of their products. This delicious sea mist has the aroma of a beachy vanilla and coconut paradise. It is also multipurpose as it can be used for your hair, body, or just to freshen up the air around you!

Urban Decay Naked Ultra Nourishing Lipgloss

This lipgloss is my favorite vegan gloss of all time. It’s so soft, moisturizing, and not sticky at all. It’s also good for your lips! Typically I stick with my favorite shade, Lovechild, but the shade Streak is a gorgeous peachy coral perfect for summer.

What are your beauty favorites for summer?
